Sender IDs — choose 3, in order of preference

Give us three choices, in order: #1 is your primary sender name (the one customers see), #2 and #3 are fallbacks used only if the first one is unavailable or already taken. Keep each one 3–11 characters, letters and numbers only.

Sender ID rules:
  • Choose up to 3 Sender IDs in order: #1 is your primary, #2 and #3 are backups if #1 is unavailable
  • Length: 3–11 characters (shorter is better — e.g. MyBrand, Zikoneta)
  • Letters and numbers only — no spaces, dashes or special characters
  • Cannot be all numbers — must contain at least one letter
  • Must be unique — not already registered by another user
  • Should represent your brand, company or service name
  • All 3 are submitted to our gateway provider (eSolutions) for activation
This will be your default sender name on outgoing SMS.
